Dave Hall | Vice President of Marketing

Dave Hall co-founded Listing Solutions in 2007. His responsibilities include research, development and marketing of all online products and services for the real estate industry. Dave facilitates training classes for REALTORS® focusing on online marketing strategies. He teaches Real Estate Professionals valuable tools that they can incorporate into their marketing strategies, like Blogging, Social Media, Lead Capture and Search Engine Optimization.

Dave is an Affiliate Member of The St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS®, where he currently serves on the Technology Committee and previously served on the RPAC Committee. Dave is a member of The St. Augustine Regional Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors®, The Northeast Florida Builders Association and The St. Johns Builders Council, where he previously served on the Board.

Marjorie Taylor | Director of Operations

Marjorie is a Broker-Associate and REALTOR® in St. Augustine, Florida. She holds the CDPE, CRS, GRI, e-PRO and TRC, designations and is the Technology Chair for the St. Augustine & St Johns County Board of REALTORS®.

Marjorie's 27 years of professional real estate experience and personal success, enables her to identify and help implement products to assist today's real estate professional. She is an active member of the St. Augustine & St Johns County Board of REALTORS® and the St. Augustine Regional Chapter of Women's Council of REALTORS®, where she served as Vice President of Membership.

Mark is responsible for custom designing business solutions for our clients. He manages all aspects of infrastructure and internet solutions. Mark has over 20 years experience in the Information Services industry.

With a focus on internet solutions, he has had the opportunity to design and deploy web applications in a variety of industries. For the last 4 years, Mark has been focused on developing and marketing hosted solutions for the DotNetNuke framework.

Jenna Palmer | Graphic Designs

Jenna Palmer provides our clients with the latest technology at an affordable price. Her expertise is evident in all aspects of our designs, from individual branding to the largest of projects.

Jenna grew up in St. Augustine, Florida and graduated in 2009 from St. Augustine High School. She is now a student at Florida State University studying graphic design, studio art, and art history.

With such a passion for design she couldn't imagine doing a job that didn't incorporate some element of the visual arts.

Andrea Grogan | Business Development Consultant

Andrea Grogan has over 10 years experience in the Customer Service and Solutions industry. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, she graduated in 1999 and now resides in Georgia.

Andrea is the first point of contact for most of our clients and shares responsibilities in most facets of Listing Solutions' day to day tasks. She is the mother of 3 children and her favorite past time is spending time with her family.
